Your card details are our highest priority.

Your credit card should state terms & conditions that you are not liable for any misuse of your card details in any unauthorised transaction.

Making A Purchase

After browsing our catalogue and choosing any items you wish to purchase, simply click on ‘Order’ and you will be asked for a few details we need to complete your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & Electron.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery times will be dependant on which products you have chosen. We endeavour to have most goods delivered within 7 days. However, under the Distance Selling Regulations we are permitted up to 30 days to provide the goods. Certain goods may have a longer delivery schedule, but you will be informed of this prior to concluding your contract. Orders are despatched via a local depot and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery day from Monday to Friday.

Invoice Details

An invoice will be sent after payment has cleared and when the order has been processed.

Guarantee

All of our products come with the manufacturers guarantee of 12 months. Some products may have longer guarantees, please contact us if you should require additional information.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.

Tax

All prices shown are excluding the current rate of V.A.T at 20%, which will be added to your order at checkout.

Carriage Costs/Minimum Order

Prices quoted include delivery on orders over £120.00 (Inc VAT).

A small carriage charge of £9.00 (Inc VAT) will apply to orders below £120.00 (Inc VAT). Some remote areas may incur a further carriage charge, in this event PSS will contact you before processing your order to agree this charge.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Privacy Policy

PSS (Plumbing Supply Services Limited) do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

Cookies are used on our site solely for the intention of completing your order.

All information is collected lawfully and complies with the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Returns Policy

Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements. If you have any doubt in your choice, please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance on the products in the range.


When possible please check goods with the driver and sign unacceptable condition or faulty and return goods with the driver. If not please notify us as soon as reasonably possible, in the unlikely event that you find your items short delivered or damagaed.

Your Right to Cancel

When you are buying goods for your own private consumption and not for a trade or business the following terms apply
You have 7 days starting from the day after delivery to cancel your order. You must advise us of your intention to do this in writing either via e-mail, via fax or post. We recommend if you are posting a cancellation that you send it via Recorded Delivery, so that it is signed for on reciept

You are liable for the costs of returning the goods to us and items must be returned to us unused.Please ensure that goods are packed carefully and include all labels and tags, when posting them back to us. You have a duty to take care of the goods until they are returned to us.

A full refund will be issued for such goods within 30 days of the order being cancelled. If you are a trade customer, or a consumer who is placing an order for goods that are manufactured to your specifications; a restocking charge of up to 50% will apply in the event of cancellation. Unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.

Information & Accuracy

All details given including price, colour, size or specification are shown in good faith as given to us by the manufacturers, if for any reason these are found to be incorrect, neither PSS nor the customer shall be bound to any order. If the price is found to be incorrect we will provide a new price and if this is unacceptable then we will cancel your order and any monies paid will be refunded.

Uncontrollable Events & Delays

In the case of a delay caused by a supplier of manufacturer of more than 30 days from the point of order, PSS and the customer shall have the right to either suspend or cancel delivery without liability. (Unless a longer delivery period has been agreed to by both parties at the point of order.

Examples of delays include; strike, lockout, riot, working difficulties, transportation delays, fire, or failure of suppliers or manufacturers in delivery times.

Boiler Prices

All boiler prices shown are for boiler only. All flue kits whether standard horizontal or vertical are priced separately for the reason that there is as stated a choice. Please ask if you are not sure, also allowing for extra thick walls where you may need an extension.
